Christian Education Ministry

Zion Hill believes in the supremacy of Scripture and the necessity of equipping believers to “rightly divide the word of truth.” Our Christian Education ministry is designed to teach new members the doctrinal principals of what we believe in the Baptist faith and to strengthen the faith of seasoned believers through a right relationship with Jesus Christ. Our Sunday School is an integral part of our Christian Education ministry as is our Bible Study. (2 Timothy 2:15 read, “Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman needeth not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”) We not only learn from the Word of God, but the fundamentals of Bible Study: Word Study, Context and Culture, Syntax and the Chicago Method. Our Christian Education ministry is also linked to district, state and national Christian Education through leadership schools, congresses and conventions where course study and certifications are offered.
